Funding your Claim

We will discuss the best option for funding your case with you at the initial interview.

Uppal Taylor Solicitors have a Legal Aid Franchise and therefore we may be able to obtain Legal Aid for you.

We also offer funding on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ (Conditional Fee Agreement) arrangement.

We can also offer funding on a Contingency Fee basis subject to the nature of the case and we are able to do work on a Private Paying basis.

It may also be the case that you have Legal Expenses Insurance to cover the funding of your case.

We will explore all possible funding options with you at the outset and will make a recommendation on the best funding option for you.
